Still up and running but no longer necessary in today's year and age. It's open to everyone, allowing a climb to the top where you can get a great view of everything. But at night it's rumored to be haunted, some people saying they saw a silhouette from the top of a ghostly figure. And upon investigation, no one is ever there. At least you can't see them anyway.
